This review is late but Eric deserves it. My Macbook pro screen had a large crack and Eric offered a rate lower than that of other repair shops. He was communicating throughout every step and I felt full transparency throughout the entire process. Not to mention the work he did was splendid and my laptop is back to essentially new now!
Desperately needed some help with my laptop. Reached out to Eric, The Computer Guy, and explained my situation to him. He had me drop my computer off and in 24 hours it was completely fixed, running beautifully, and very, very reasonably priced. Great, and I mean great, knowing that here in Encinitas, we have someone who truly knows what they’re doing with computers and it’s so good at it! Cannot recommend him more! I would give him 10 stars if possible.
